Our own sausage blend of ground pork and pepper jack cheese seasoned with salt, red pepper, black pepper, and garlic stuffed in a traditional pork casing, which is then smoked to fully cooked perfection over aged pecan wood. Great tasting as a snack, and excellent to cook with. Available in regular pork, hot pork, chicken, beef, and cheese varieties.
